Shipping policy
All of our products are made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this, our shipping process looks a little different than traditional retail stores. Please review our shipping times and processes below.
Order Processing & Production Time
Because every item is printed on demand, we need time to create your product before it ships out.

Production Time: Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and packed.

Note: Production time does not include weekends or holidays.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and handed off to the shipping carrier, the delivery time depends on your location.

Domestic (US): 1 to 3 business days

International: 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
Please note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Multiple Packages
We partner with several specialized print facilities to bring you the best quality products. If your order contains different types of items (for example, a t-shirt and a mug), they may be printed at different facilities and shipped in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each individual package.
International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. Rubiate is not responsible for these charges. Any additional fees for customs clearance must be covered by the customer. We cannot control or predict these charges, as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us right away, and we will do our best to update it before production begins. Once an item has gone into production or shipped, we cannot change the destination.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. Rubiate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
If your package is lost in transit (the tracking stops updating for an extended period), please reach out to our support team so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if necessary.
